The requirement calls for a specialized team, including a Senior ESS Specialist and several certified Armorer Technicians, some of whom may require security clearances. Justification provides the rationale for contracting by other than full and open competition with AI-Razaq Computing Services (ARCS) under Contract NNMI1AA30C, a performance-based, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) services contract for providing Acquisition and Business Support Services (ABSS) to assist Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF), Agency Applications Office (AAO), NASA Enterprise Applications Competency Center (NEACC), National Space Science Technology Center (NSSTC), and other MSFC managed locations as required in fulfilling their missions. It is recommended that this action be accomplished by extending the Acquisition Support Services until an appropriate contract vehicle is available. Business Support Services will be extended through January 31, 2020, and then thereafter transition to an appropriate contract vehicle.
