ADA Ramp Upgrades Las Flores, JOC 2025-26

The proposed project consists of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Curb Ramp Improvements (Project) on various streets (between Antonia Parkway, Grassy Knoll Lane, Edelweiss, and Spring View Way) in the Las Flores unincorporated area of the County of Orange. The proposed Project scope of work includes removing and replacing cement concrete and asphalt concrete on curb ramps to upgrade the curbs to meet the current ADA standards for access requirements. In addition, the proposed Project will perform as-needed utility adjustments and implement Best Management Practices to control pollutant discharges from construction. The project anticipates approximately 112 truck trips, and implementation of temporary traffic control measures for the project area as required. The proposed Project will take 40 working days for construction commencing in Fall of 2026.
