The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicitresponses from potential Respondents to provide Adaje Platform to DIR for useby the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) as part of the STS IT Commoditiesprogram. These specifications are beingadvertised under Gov’t Code Section 2155.067. Only responses to solicitationsfor items conforming exactly to these specifications will be considered indetermining an Award. Conforming exactly to these specifications includesbidding only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified in thissolicitation. This IFB requires a SubcontractingPlan for bids of $100,000 or more. Any bid submitted that meets this threshold must include a correctlycompleted Subcontracting Plan or it will be disqualified and not considered forevaluation.
