The 176th Air Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK, intends to issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for ADAL C17 AGE Facility, at the 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK. Work consists of the construction of an approximately 1,800 SF garage building addition to the existing AGE storage and maintenance facility. The magnitude of the project is between $500,000 - $1,000,000. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the offer is required. The total Construction duration is anticipated to be 10 months after notice to proceed for the base contract.
