Adaptive Signalization Shaw Avenue, Willow Avenue To Clovis Avenue Herndon Avenue, North Helm Avenue To North DeWitt Avenue

Solicitation CIP 23-20, issued by the City of Clovis, California, is for the furnishing, installation, and system integration of an adaptive coordinated traffic signal system using Adaptive Signal Control Technology (ASCT).
