Full Description

The purpose of this notice is to advise of the proposed action to contract SPRBL1-18-D-0024. This action proposes to add eight (8) hardware Army managed National Stock Numbers (NSNs). These NSNs support the AN/VSQ-6B Vehicle Optics Sensor Systems (VOSS). The existing contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type. The hardware NSNs that are being considered for addition to the contract are in the below list. Hardware: 4810-01-675-2198, Valve, Linear, Directional Control, P/N 700-0077-004 5836-01-564-6236, Mast Arm Assembly, Universal, P/N 330-0097-000 5836-01-564-6244, Final Assembly, Mast Arm Universal, P/N 330-0102-000 5865-01-600-6533, Encoder, Countermeasures (Gimbal Flex Cable), P/N 330-0002-001 5995-01-600-5116, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical, Branched, P/N 321-1062-040 8145-01-600-9652, Shipping & Storage Container, Electric-Electronic Equipment, P/N 390-0030-000 8145-01-600-9653, Shipping & Storage Container, Electric-Electronic Equipment, P/N 390-8600-002 8145-01-600-9657, Shipping & Storage Container, Electric-Electronic Equipment, P/N 390-0031-000 No Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to the existing contract. The current contract expires on 03 July 2023. All items on this contract are sole source to Lockheed Martin Gyrocam Systems, CAGE 1UMJ7. The Government does not own the Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for the NSNs or the AN/VSQ-6B Vehicle Optics Sensor Systems. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Because the contract was issued using the sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
