*Note – This Request for Supplier Qualifications is a refresh response notice. The Prequalified Supplier(s) from RFSQ-8734, RFSQ-8734-1 and RFSQ-8734-2 are not required to submit a response. This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of the Ministry of Health (HEO) and the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) (collectively referred to herein as the Authority), to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of Addiction Treatment Spaces, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A). The Authority is committed to providing addiction treatment spaces to include a combination, inpatient treatment, and transitional support services delivered by third party providers throughout the entire province of Saskatchewan. The intention is to create a list of pre-qualified suppliers who can participate in a second stage competitive process to negotiate agreements for these treatment spaces.
Information Sessions To accommodate summer scheduling, GOS will host two optional virtual Respondent information sessions to provide an overview of the procurement process as it relates to this RFSQ. The same materials will be presented at both sessions; therefore, Respondents are encouraged to attend the session that best fits their schedule. Please note that these sessions may be recorded for use in future Respondent information sessions. Further details are available in the RFSQ document.
