The Town is seeking bids from qualified vendors for renovation of Addison Pool. Bidders should respond online through a e-Procurement portal: https://glastonburyct.bonfirehub.com/, under the title “GL-2027-03 Addison Pool Renovations”. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Addison Park 415 Addison Rd Glastonbury, CT 06033 at 9 A.M. on July 22, 2026. Prospective bidders are urged to attend. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance & labor & material payment bonds in the full amount of the agreed contract price. Bidders be advised that this project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of CGS Section 31-53.Contract subject to state spending allocation goals & contract compliance requirements including non-discrimination requirements enforced by CHRO.
