Full Description

The Government intends to issue a procurement as a Small Business Set Aside for delivery of an estimated quantity of six hundred and fifty Addressograph Bartizan Model 4760 or equal manual/mechanical imprinters, single plate holder over a three year period. FAR Clause 52.211-6, Brand name or Equal applies. Delivery is FOB Destination to Defense Logistics Energy/DLA Energy-FEM, Building 1621, 1014 Billy Mitchell Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78226. The period of performance will be 1 June 2015 to 31 May 2018. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Requirements -type contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Award will be made to the offeror determined to the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered, using the Best Value Source Selection Process. Specifically, the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process will be utilized in accordance with FAR 15.101.2. The solicitation will be issued on or about today 15 January 2015 and will be posted to the FedBizOpps web page (http:fbo.gov/). The anticipated award date will be early to middle of April 2015. If you do not have internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign and return the entire solicitation package before the closing date/time stated in the solicitation package.
