The total quantity required is four bags, totaling 800 units, with a strict delivery deadline of 84 days from solicitation, to be shipped FOB destination. Each unit must have a shelf life of 36 months from manufacture, and no more than four months may have elapsed between manufacture and delivery to the government. The product is regulated by the FDA, and bidders must specify their source and part number—either Cardinal Health DBMS-21G or Kawasumi Laboratories America DBMS-21G. All packaging must comply with commercial standards and Medical Marking Standard No. 1, superseding MIL-STD-129, with each container clearly marked with the lot number and manufacture date prefixed by MFD.
