The U.S. Navy, through Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, is seeking small business proposals for administrative support services under solicitation N0018926QW184, a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5 and NAICS code 541611. The work involves providing administrative assistants to support operations in Charleston, South Carolina, with a base period of 12 months and four additional 12-month option periods plus one six-month option, requiring personnel to perform daily clerical functions, conduct weekly and biweekly status reporting, and support audits under ACA, PREA, ORI, and IG standards. All personnel must be U.S. citizens with a high school diploma or GED, and a two-year business management degree is preferred. The contractor must maintain a Secret facility clearance and ensure all assigned personnel hold current SECRET personnel clearances issued by the Defense Security Service, with immediate availability upon contract award.
