The proposed project is a request for a use permit to consolidate four outdoor cannabis cultivation zoning permit into one, one acre (43,560 square feet) outdoor cannabis operation within an existing fenced area located on a 201.11-acre parcel zoned LEA (Land Extensive Agriculture), with Combining Districts for Accessory Dwelling Unit Exclusion (Z) Local Guidelines (LG/MTN) Oak Woodland (OAK), Riparian Corridor (RC 50/50) Scenic Resources (SR) and Valley Oak Habitat (OAK). The proposed project consists of the continued operation of an existing outdoor cannabis site with minor expansion to add 3,560 square feet of canopy to a 40,000 square foot operation, as well as an additional 10,890 square feet area for accessory propagation and vegetative production and self distribution (transport of harvested cannabis to another license). Existing infrastructure including fencing, irrigation lines, and access roads to remain unchanged. Deliveries are limited to 8:00am to 5:00pm daily. Up to 1 full-time and 4 seasonal employees would serve the operation.
