Adopt a Resolution to Accept the Highest Bid and Execute Deed to Buyer, Record Deed and Deposit Funds for Real Property Number 2021-0200-B

The County of San Diego is executing the sale of a 0.67-acre surplus government property parcel, identified as Real Property Number 2021-0200-B (APN 502-150-44), located at Avocado Blvd and State Highway 94 in Valle de Oro, California. Following a competitive bid process, the County Board of Supervisors approved the project on November 18, 2025, accepting the highest bid of 2,575,000 dollars. The Director of the Department of General Services is authorized to finalize the transaction through the execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement, a Restrictive Covenant, and the conveying deed. If the primary buyer fails to complete the purchase, the Director is authorized to sell the property to the next highest bidder. All financial proceeds from the sale are to be deposited into the Department of Public Works Road Fund by the Auditor and Controller.
