Adoption of Resolution No. 2025-186, Accepting portions of Asbury Street, for public use, in the Winchester Area, District 3

Riverside County is implementing the adoption of Resolution No. 2025-186 to accept portions of Asbury Street for public use within the Winchester Area, District 3. This administrative action, identified as Project Number ACPT230005 SU12, involves approximately 0.74 acres of land located within Section 28, Township 5 South, Range 2 West of the San Bernardino Meridian. The project is managed by the Riverside County Transportation Department Survey Division and is led by County Surveyor David L. McMillan. The project is declared exempt from environmental review under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) and Section 15060(c), as the acceptance of the street requires no construction activities and will not create a physical environmental impact.
