Secretariat (TBS) Corporate Services Sector (CSS) (hereafter, simply collectively referred to as IMTD) requires additional resources for SAP Professional Services. TBS requires resources to support and enhance the organization’s SAP products; ECC EHP8, S/4, BW, HANA 2.0, BTP, Solution Manager, IDM, LaMa, and BusinessObjects; Microsoft SQL Server; JIRA ticketing system. Support will be provided to the Hydrae system (used for MAINS, ARLU, and Special Warrants), IRIS cluster (financial system consisting of 27 departments), DFO’s cluster, and the DCP project (both the original IFMS core system, and the new S/4 footprint). Bidders must submit a bid for the identified resource categories. In the last 12 months, similar services are currently being or have been performed by: -Cache Consulting under contract No. 24062-24-022A for an estimated market value of $1,659,292.00 for the period from September 2023 to March 2026. - Systematix under contract No. 24062-24-022B for an estimated market value of $1,659,292.00 for the period from September 2023 to March 2026. Under this new solicitation, evaluations will be conducted with fairness in accordance with the evaluation criteria and selection methodology defined in the RFP.
