His Majesty the King in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada and operating as Public Service Procurement Canada (“PSPC” or “Canada”), is contemplating a procurement process for the provision of Independent Certifier ("IC") services for the Alexandra Bridge Replacement Project (the “Project”). The purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice ("APN") is to provide interested parties with preliminary information regarding the requirement and the anticipated procurement process for the provision of IC services for the Project (the "Procurement Process"). This APN is also intended to promote early market awareness and engagement with organizations that possess the qualifications and experience required to deliver IC services for the Project. This APN is not part of the Procurement Process, and does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by Canada to proceed with the Procurement Process.
