Full Description

The Contractor shall build, assemble, configure, validate, package, and ship six (6) complete ACNA Fly-Away Kits for TSA field use for the Base year of the contract and the renewal option of the on-premise network security software entitlement and extended services period of 1 to 2 years. Each kit shall be an on-premises assessment package containing the hardware, software, operating system, cabling, network accessories, and local operator access components needed to support ACNA deployment. Each kit shall include one Central Manager server, one Edge Collector server, local UI access, required software and operating system installation, passive collection components, cables, power, and supporting accessories. Technical Requirements Each kit shall be passive collection by default. Active query capability shall be installed but disabled unless explicitly authorized per written Rules of Engagement (ROE) for each engagement.
Fly-Away Kit shall be sized to meet TSA domestic air travel carry-on requirements and operational within approximately 30 minutes of case-open when collection points, power, access, and ROE are pre-coordinated. The Contractor shall also provide three days of virtual operator training for TSA personnel. TSA users shall also receive access to available computer-based training.
