The project primarily involves heavy and civil engineering waterfront facilities, as well as commercial and institutional construction, located at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF) at Naval Base Kitsap in Bremerton, Washington. The contract has a maximum aggregate estimated value of 15 billion dollars over a potential 10-year period, consisting of a five-year base period and one five-year option.
