This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the below referenced supply. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate request for quote (RFQ) will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

KeySight is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Advanced Radar and Electronic Warfare Test (AREWT) Station Power Meters. Only authorized sales partners for Keystone shall provide acceptable quotes.
