Summary – Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC). DRDC is an agency of Canada’s Department of National Defence (DND). This RFP is for the provision of clear and complete information necessary for the successful designing, implementation, operation, and maintenance of an Advanced Wireless Communications Innovation Network (AWIN) for over-the-air communications platform that enables research to be conducted on emerging technologies related to wireless communications for public safety and security, and by extension, defence.
