Special Notice - Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Tennessee Air National Guard, located in Memphis Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION 12612 Challenger Pkwy Ste 300, Orlando, FL 32826-2700. ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION will provide a Senior Technician for 10 days of on-site assistance. Issues to review include: VMS system, Gates, and fiber Issues, for up to 10 days. The requirement will be sole sourced to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION in order to conform and integrate into customer owned and already installed security system equipment. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 335999 and has a size standard of 500 EMPLOYEES for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, September 4, 2018 to: contact@example.gov . Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
