The 153d Mission Support Contracting Office - Cheyenne, WY intends to award a sole source procurement to Advantor Corporation,12612 CHALLENGER PKWY STE 300, ORLANDO, FL, 32826-2700 , for Advantor supplies and services. The justification for restricting competition is inaccordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR FAR 6.302-1(c) - Brand name. ADVANTOR is the only known source that is an authorized vendor who can provide these exact units/services with the existing security system already installed on Wyoming's Air National Guard Base.This is not a formal solicitation, nor is this synopsis considered a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but will be used to determine if comparable source or offerors are more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative response is received, the procurement will be awarded without further notice on or about 6 Sept 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
