Full Description

The 177th Fighter Wing intends to sole source the access control upgrade SFXI V6 to replace the existing SFXI system in the OPS Facility to Advantor Systems Corporation, 129612 Challenger Pkwy, Suite 300 Orlando, FL 32826. Advantor is the only authorized IDS contractor for the security system at the 177th Fighter Wing. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2) and FAR 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source. Advantor installed the current security system at the base and is the sole manufacturer (see attached Justification and Approval Document). All qualified sources must respond not later than Noon, EST 02 August 2017. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
