Solicitation # 19AQMM26Q0469
Solicitation 19AQMM26Q0469 is an unrestricted Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) procurement issued by the U.S. Embassy Mexico's International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL Mexico) office. The primary objective is to strengthen the capacity of Mexican state and federal crime analysts by providing certification services under the CONOCER Competency Standard, specifically targeting up to 850 analysts in Competency Standard 1599 to improve investigative quality and reduce impunity for high-impact crimes. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) agreement with a five-year ordering period running from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2031.
