Full Description

Scope: The Skyline College AI Hub will transform existing rooms within B2 (3rd fl) into a dedicated innovation space designed to prepare students, faculty, and the community for an AI-driven future. The Hub strategically repurposes approx. 2,700 sf of existing space include a shared classroom, unassigned area, meeting rooms, adjunct offices, and storage into a cohesive learning and collaboration environment.
Additionally, all programming, design phases, permit acquisition requirements, oversight of bidding/procurement of contractors, construction administration services and project closeout services should be included in the proposal.
