Based on market intelligence and capabilities assessed from the Request for Information (RFI) posted on 17 April 2026 and Industry Day on 6 May 2026, the Government is executing a targeted acquisition approach for the Family of Affordable Mass Missile Palletized (FAMM-P) Beyond Adversary’s Reach (BAR) effort.
The Government is currently executing a 3-month Risk Reduction effort to finalize design feasibility and inform the baseline System Requirements Document (SRD). In accordance with the ADRR CSO User’s Guide procedures for a Closed Spiral (Direct to Step-Two), participation in this specific Risk Reduction Spiral is strictly limited to the highly capable vendors identified and down-selected from the 17 April 2026 RFI and 6 May 2026 Industry Day.
