Solicitation # FA8651-22-S-0001
Solicitation FA8651-22-S-0001 is an unrestricted Broad Agency Announcement issued by the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate for research in Air Delivered Effects. The program seeks proposals for Basic Research, Applied Research, and Advanced Technology Development specifically related to conventional munitions technology. The scope includes scientific study and experimentation, with potential opportunities for battle lab experiments and Team Eglin Technology Demonstration Programs, including specialized research into cyber survivability and Zero Trust capabilities. The acquisition utilizes a two-step process where interested parties first submit a white paper of five pages or less, including a completed SF-424, a Security Program Questionnaire, and a Senior/Key Person Profile. White papers are evaluated based on technical approach and a Rough Order of Magnitude cost and schedule. If favorably evaluated, the government may issue a formal Request for Proposal.
