National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has a requirement for the Agency-Wide Microsoft Power Apps Renewal. The Agency-Wide Microsoft Power Apps Renewal is a current Enterprise Agreement (EA).


NASA Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Minburn Technology Group of 9716 Arnon Chapel Rd. Great Falls, VA 22066 under the authority of FAR 16.507(b)(3).  It has been determined that Minburn Technology Group is the sole provider for this requirement.


The Government intends to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12.


Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Caitlin Poulton at caitlin.m.poulton@nasa.gov not later than 9:00 AM CT on April 22, 2026.  Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.


Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
