Agoura High School Competition Pool

The Las Virgenes Unified School District is soliciting bids for the Agoura High School Competition Pool project, located in Agoura Hills, California. This project utilizes a construction management delivery method with multiple prime contracts, encompassing a wide range of bid packages including structural concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, glazing, swimming pools, bleachers, MEP services, earthwork, and site utilities. The contract is governed by the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act and prevailing wage laws. Bids are due by December 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM and must be submitted to the District's Bond Management Trailer. Award of each prime contract will be granted to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid. Mandatory requirements for bidders include attending one of two scheduled job walks, possessing appropriate licenses at the time of submission, and completing a prequalification process for prime contractors and MEP subcontractors at least ten days before the bid deadline.
