Allegan St., Lansing, MI, 48933-1500 Task Order: 47PF0019F0816 Award Date: 8/28/2019 Period of Performance Base: 9/15/2019 - 3/15/2020 Option: 3/15/2020 - 4/15/2020 This procurement was acquired as a sole source under the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program. The procurement is a task order placed against the contractor's, GS Group LLC, Federal Supply Schedule Contract GS00F162GA. This procurement is for lead, cadmium, and asbestos abatement services. Air Handler Units (AHU's) at the project location need to be cleaned of the contaminants. Supply and return air registers shall be cleaned. Flexible ductwork is to be removed, disposed of, and replaced. Air Handler Unites (AHU's) and Rooftop Units (RTU's), related ductwork, and air registers/diffusers shall be cleaned of the contaminants.
