Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst intends to issue a Fixed Priced Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement, N68335-12-G-0015, to BAE Systems, Nashua, NH a large business. NAWCAD 4.11.2, Combat Integration and Identification Systems Division, has been tasked by the Naval Air Traffic Management Systems Program Office (PMA213) to provide cradle-to-grave support for the OE-120( )/UPX Antenna, which is part of the AN/UPX-29(V) Interrogator System that provides target identification for the Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) combat system. This requirement is to obtain Type II Wave Guide Horns as repair and replacement parts for Fleet Support for the OE-120( )/UPX Antenna. The delivery schedule is eleven (11) months after contract award. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
