The Mississippi Department of Archives and History (MDAH) is soliciting qualifications for professional building commissioning services under solicitation number 1475-27-R-RFQI-00001. The selected professional will provide a systematic quality assurance process spanning from pre-design through the one-year warranty period to improve energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and equipment life. The contract fee is structured as a percentage of the construction cost. To support the DCGS by providing sustainment, materials, software patching, services and other engineering support extending the life of the Air Force (AF) DCGS Crew Communication System (Crew Comm) until a suitable replacement is available. The support for tasks will include reviews, engineering services and support, updates associated with patching the software components and updating those components to maintain cyber security compliance and resolving identified and documented issues and defects.
