Hanscom Air Force Base is organizing a Small Business event on February 26, 2014, at the Courtyard Marriott in Newton, Massachusetts. The program begins at 1:30 PM EST in the Charles River Room with a one-hour panel titled "Teaming Up to Achieve Success," featuring senior leaders from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's C3I&N and Battle Management directorates, senior contracting officials, and representatives from the Small Business Administration. After the panel, there will be a 30-minute Q&A session for attendees. Attendance is limited to three representatives per company, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and no preregistration is required. Participation in the larger New Horizons Symposium is not mandatory for attending this panel. The event will be recorded and made available later on FedBizOpps. While the event highlights several NAICS codes relevant to Hanscom AFB acquisitions, including computer manufacturing, telecommunications, custom programming, and research and development sectors, companies are not restricted to these codes for attendance. Unlike the previous year, no "Reverse Matchmaking" session will follow the panel. For further details or questions, the point of contact is Gregory T. Ketcham, reachable via email or phone. This initiative is aimed at fostering collaboration and success among small businesses interested in working with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.
