This announcement is a Sources Sought Notice for information and market research purposes only. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this announcement is strictly voluntary. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine the availability of vendors that can provide Air Traffic Control and Flight Planning Services for U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB), Cuba.


A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached containing further details.


Any potential contract resulting from this notice is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price (FFP) type contract.


Required Start Date


Performance is estimated to commence on 1 April 2027. The period of performance is estimated to consist of a 12-month Base period and four, 1-year option periods and will include FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to provide an additional 6 months of performance.
