This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 336413 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 1250 Employees.


Description of Requirement
The Georgia Air National Guard has a Brand Name Requirement for parts made by Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Service LLC DBA ESCO (See attached Limited Sources MFR) required to safely support the BAK-14M Aircraft Arresting System at Savannah Combat Readiness Training Center. To maintain system integrity and safety certifications, only genuine Curtiss-Wright OEM parts will be accepted. "Equal" items are not authorized for this brand name requirement. The Georgia Air National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed price order for the following:


Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and Items:


  • CLIN 0001 - Support Block Assembly, Part Number 9D02601-1, Qty/Unit of Measure - 15 Each
  • CLIN 0002 - Support Arm and Cover, Part Number  9D01166-102, Qty/Unit of Measure - 1 Each

Preparing and Submitting your Quote
Offerors shall provide pricing for the above items inclusive of delivery to 1401 Robert B. Miller Jr. Drive, Garden City, GA, 31408. Pricing should be provided using the attached Quote Sheet (Quote Sheet-Arresting System Components 26QA009). Requested delivery within 30 days after date of contract. If you cannot meet this request, please provide your best delivery date.


To facilitate the most expeditious and equitable evaluation process possible, please use the attached Quote Sheet for providing requested company, product and pricing information. Your firm’s standard quote documents can also be submitted but please ensure ALL the information requested in the attached Quote Sheet is included. Please make quotes valid for a minimum of 30 days.


Evaluation


The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer conforming to the solicitation which will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated using price, technical, delivery and past performance factors considered. Technical, delivery and past performance factors, when combined, are approximately equal when compared to price.
