The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply of Aircraft De-icing-defrosting Fluid for various Canadian Forces Base across Canada on an as and when requested basis for a one (1) year period from date of issuance. An irrevocable option to purchase Aircraft De-icing-defrosting Fluid for up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) has been included.
Delivery will be made to Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
The following items are being requested:
NSN 6850-20-004-0272 DEICING-DEFROSTING FLUID (or equivalent)
NSN 6850-20-004-2341 DEICING-DEFROSTING AND ANTI-ICING FLUID (or equivalent)
NSN 6805-20-A0B-8875 DEICING-DEFROSTING FLUID (or equivalent)
Type I and Type IV fluids will be accepted as Ethylene Glycol or Propylene Glycol and must be compatible with one another when applied on the same aircraft surface.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
