May 8,2026 Amendment 01

The purpose of this amendment to solicitation FA460826QS018 is to incorporate the most recent Department of Labor Wage Determination.  Wage Determination Number 2015-5191, Revision Number 29 (dated 03 December 2025) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Wage Determination Number 2015-5191, Revision 30 (dated 30 March 2026).

All prospective offerors shall submit any additional questions regarding this solicitation no later than Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Central Time. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from 12 May 2026 to the new deadline of 21 May 2026. This extension is granted to ensure the Government has adequate time to formulate and post responses, and to provide potential offerors with sufficient time to incorporate those answers—along with the updated wage rates—into their final proposals. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the project in full compliance with this Statement of Work (SOW), USAF Technical Orders (T.O.s), Barksdale AFB Environmental Requirements, National Museum of the USAF guidance, and all applicable Federal, State, County, and local regulations. This includes strict adherence to safety standards, OSHA, DEQ, DOT, EPA regulations, and directives from the Barksdale AFB Hazardous Waste Program Manager.
