Aircraft Pressure Washer

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is issued by the Nevada Air National Guard (NVANG) as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number W9124X-17-T-0004. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 January 2016 and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20161222 effective 22 December 2016. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333318 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) is 4920. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Commercial Award. The following provisions and clauses are implemented and are in the attached provisions and clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5.The following commercial item is requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001: Aircraft Pressure Washer NOTE: High Pressure Hot Water Wash Equipment - trailered aircraft pressure washer with 4 gal. + per minute at a temperature not to exceed 120 degrees. PSI should be adjustable to meet TM 1-1500-344-23-2 and T.O. 1-1-691, and not to exceed 1500 PSI out the end of the hose for use of other applications. Hoses will need to be a length of at least 100ft. Unit will need to have dual hoses to accommodate 2 people. Separate tanks for chemical solutions and fresh water. Fresh water tank reservoir of at least 350gal. Unit will need to be diesel powered for military use. This requirement will be used as a multipurpose unit and is not a standalone for solely aircraft.
