The 7th Contracting Squadron is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for an Aircraft Recovery Sling Cat IV and components as described in the attached Salient Characteristics document. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and another written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.


Offerors are encouraged to read the solicitation and attachments in their entirety before submitting any quotations. 


QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: Email is the required methods of submission; no other form of submission will be considered for award. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:


1. Complete pricing sheet (must be signed) Page 3 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) .
