Full Description

Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for NCIS to purchase the following: GPS INTELLIGENCE LLC, at 9393 N 90TH STREET, SUITE 108-B SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85258. The agency’s requirement is to procure the following AIRTIME FEES FOR DOMESTIC TRACKING DEVICE and AIRTIME SERVICE FOR TRACKING DEVICE OVER SEAS (INTERNATIONAL SERVICE) for the NCIS Office located in Russell Knows Building, 27130 Telegraph Rd, Quantico, VA 22134. The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Technical Services Division (TSD) wishes to keep its airtime of 16 Stealth 2 GPS Trackers that we have in the field. As of today we have 12 (Domestic) Trackers, and 2 (International) Trackers overseas. With the airtime we are able to get Unlimited 5 Second updates for 1 year on the 12 (Domestic, and 2 Overseas devices. Back in Fy-2011 we purchase the Stealth2 GPS Tracking device, and at the time of this order we got the airtime services from the company, and will still need to keep the service with the company as we have the tracking device that are on ongoing case’s, and if this service does not get the renewal 31 Oct 2012 we could loose the device, and loose the ongoing case. We have 16 GPS Tracking devices in the field currently under N63285-11-P-0075. Based on the tracking devices that was purchase in 2011 and the current requirement to purchase airtime for domestic tracking devices and airtime service for tracking device overseas NCIS Tech Service need’s to stay with GPS Intelligence LLC as they would be able to give us what we need, and also they would be able to tell us if the Tracking device is up and running. GPS INTELLIGENCE LLC is the only company that can provide us this service. Therefore, GPS INTELLIGENCE LLC can provide all the requirement for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. SERVICE FROM 1 OCT 2012 TO 27 MARCH 2013, UNLIMITED 5 SECOND DATES FOR 6 MONTHS (DOMESTIC) CLIN 0002 2 EA Airtime Renewal Fees for International with Unlimited 5 Seconds Updates for 1 Year. SERVICE FROM 1 OCT 2012 TO 27 MARCH 2013, UNLIMITED 5 SECOND DATES FOR 6 MONTHS (INTERNATIONAL SERVICE) Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
