The proposed project would require water service for drinking fountains, the restroom, and landscaping, and would connect to existing Scotts Valley Water District water service infrastructure near the project site. The proposed project would require lateral connections and routing to the City’s existing wastewater collection system, and would construct biotreatment planters for stormwater treatment and infiltration.
