AI Contract Overview
The National Institutes of Health Office of Acquisitions is seeking a fixed-price purchase order for the Alamar ARGO HT System under solicitation 75N98026Q01157. This small business set-aside contract requires a high-throughput proteomics platform capable of processing up to 288 samples per run with an integrated qPCR system for end-to-end workflows, including pooled NGS library generation. The system must feature a liquid handling system for automated sample preparation, a cartridge-based reagent system supporting three consecutive runs, and a total hands-on time of less than 30 minutes. Technical specifications include attomolar-level detection via NULISA assay technology, scalable multiplexing for hundreds to thousands of targets, and compatibility with various sample types such as plasma, serum, CSF, urine, and cell culture media. The instrument must include onboard computing with an intuitive interface and integrated cloud-based analysis software, specifically the ARGO Command Center and NULISA Analysis Software. It must also provide an API for custom method development and comply with regulatory standards including ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CE, and UL. Physical requirements specify a maximum weight of 250 kg and a footprint no larger than 1143 mm by 661 mm by 1016 mm. The successful contractor must deliver the system to the NIH in Rockville, Maryland, within 90 days of the award. Responses are due by September 17, 2026, with the award based on the best value considering price, technical capability, and the delivery schedule.
