Notice of Mutual Agreement 2025-2 approving the Calendar Year
2026 Maintenance of Way Budget in the amount of $37,966,876.54 and Operations and Maintenance Budget of $49,585,511.06,
consisting the Maintenance of Way Budget, other estimated annual operations and maintenance expenses, and $500,000
contingency for unanticipated operations and maintenance, pursuant to the Amended and Restated Alameda Corridor Use and
Operating Agreement, by and among the City of Long Beach, the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through their Boards of Harbor
Commissioners, BNSF Railway Company, Union Pacific Railroad Company, and the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority.
