Alberta Securities Commission - Pre-qualification Request - Provision of Information Technology Research, Consulting and Advisory Services

The Alberta Securities Commission is inviting qualified vendors to pre-qualify for the provision of information technology research, consulting, and advisory services under solicitation number AB-2025-04384. The focus is on securing vendors with deep industry expertise and global perspectives in technology, data and information management, cybersecurity, and innovation trends to support the modernization of digital services and the implementation of robust data and digital strategies. Respondents must demonstrate the ability to deliver world-class market research and insights into emerging technologies, global best practices, and evolving technology trends that directly inform and enhance the ASC’s strategic initiatives in IT service delivery and innovation. The contract is open to vendors who can provide a simple, efficient mechanism for accessing ongoing advisory and research support to continuously optimize technology processes and drive innovation. Responses are due by June 19, 2030, at 5:30 PM MST, with the solicitation posted on May 11, 2026.
