The Alberta Seniors & Community Housing Association (“ASCHA”), in partnership with Unified Energy 8760 Ltd. (“8760”), are issuing this Request for Qualifications and accompanying Request for Quotes to prospective energy retailers (“Respondents”) seeking to participate in an aggregated procurement initiative for the future supply of firm, non curtailable Electricity and Natural Gas to participating ASCHA member organizations (the “Clients”). ASCHA and 8760 have been formally authorized to administer and manage this procurement process on behalf of the Clients, who represent a broad range of seniors’ facilities, community housing providers and other public and non-profit organizations throughout Alberta. This Request for Qualifications invites Respondents to submit the information required to determine their eligibility to advance to the subsequent Request for Quotes stage where prequalified Respondents will be invited to provide executable pricing for the potential supply of Electricity and/or Natural Gas, in accordance with the specifications set out in Part 2 – The Deliverables.
