Scope: The City of Toledo Public Works/ Traffic Management is seeking proposals from a qualified companies to complete a safety study, traffic analysis, and preliminary design services for the corridor of Alexis Rd. The limits of the project are from Douglas Road to Lewis Ave., including all intersections within the corridor limits. Also provide signal timing optimization from Flanders Rd. to Suder Avenue, including all signalized intersections within these limits.
