ALR-69A Software Maintenance Transition Support

This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/GRWKB, 460 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 200, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1813, anticipates issuing a contract to provide for the engineering services necessary to perform software maintenance transition support for the ALR-69A Program. The proposed contract action consists of a basic period of performance of 12 months and of one sequential, annual option. The single option consists of a 12 month period of performance. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Mercer Engineering Research Center, 135 Osigian Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31088-7810, CAGE 0AC45. Justification: services are available from only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposal received within forty-five days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
