The Department of National Defence (DND), Director General Aerospace Equipment Program Management (DGAEPM), has a requirement for the sustainment and delivery of Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE)/Search & Rescue – Aerial Delivery (SAR-AD) in-service support (ISS) and Repair and/or Overhaul (R&O) services for Parachute and Related Equipment, in support to Royal Canadian Air Force’s (RCAF) worldwide operations as described in Annex A - Performance Work Statement. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, refer to Annex C - Security Requirement Check List and consult Part 6 - Security and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. As per Annex B Basis of Payment Para 7 “The labour rates for subcontracting must never be in excess of the rate in effect under the Basis of Payment.” The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
