Special Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K02-18-T-0060 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K02-18-T-0060 to Encore Medical LP DBA DJO Surgical in the amount of $90,000.00 for Altivate Transverse Shoulder Prosthesis & Instruments Implants for (3) three 03 Priority surgical procedures, at Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services / Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The Surgeon has made the determination that these products will best meet the patient's needs during surgery and these products must be FDA Approved. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
