Full Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to acquire 3 each aluminum Enclosures from UNI-CAST INC., Londonderry, NH, through sole source negotiations. The contractor shall provide all that is necessary in order to meet the requirements of the Governments. The government is not able to develop a statement of work suitable to obtain deliverables on a competitive basis. Only one source is being solicited under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed puchase order is for equipment which will be a Firm Fixed Price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside and award will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quote which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed Purchase Order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discreation of the Government
